Hello and welcome to the very last newsletter of 2019! Today we’re talking about following though / taking action with your goals and what discipline REALLY means.
Here’s the deal, good health starts with awareness and relies on personal responsibility. In order to reach your goals, you need to turn intention into action. Sooooo many people have goals but never create an action plan to follow through!
And when it comes to discipline, it isn’t about denying yourself, it’s about GIVING to yourself.
So here’s what you need to do:
Identify what needs to be done (exercise & eating well)
Create your plan (plan your meals & schedule your workouts)
Take deliberate action (follow the plan)
Focus on being consistent (not perfect)

I can give you the most perfect plan and the best tools to achieve your goals but if you’re not going to follow through with them, your progress is going to be very slow or even non existent.
If you’ve been around me long enough, you KNOW I don’t encourage perfection. I practice and recommend a very balanced lifestyle actually. However, that doesn’t mean you don’t have to put in work, make sacrifices and force change. Like I mentioned above, discipline is about about giving to yourself. GIVE yourself the opportunity to achieve amazing health, feel incredible and manifest change. I never say it will be easy but it’s a lot easier than remaining the same.
